Dr. Akaki Burkadze is the founder of Mental Hub and a mental health professional with a strong academic and clinical background. He holds a PhD (Academic Doctorate) in Psychiatry, a Master’s degree in Healthcare Management, and European accreditation in Psychotherapy (EAGT).
Dr. Burkadze serves as an invited lecturer at Tbilisi State Medical University. He has extensive clinical experience in both outpatient and inpatient psychiatric settings, providing comprehensive mental health care across different levels of treatment.
His academic work includes teaching and lecturing in Psychiatry, Epidemiology, Psychosomatic Medicine, and Problem-Based Learning. Alongside his academic and medical practice, Dr. Burkadze is actively involved in international scientific research projects.
